This pristine lot comes from the hyper-high-altitude hills of Qonqana village. Unlike sun-dried natural coffees, this Grade 2 lot undergoes a meticulous washed process. The fruit is cleanly depulped and fermented in pure mountain spring water channels, stripping away the heavy fruit pulp to leave behind a crystal-clear expression of pure origin flavor.
