A love letter to New York coffee

Frost Street Coffee Roasters began with a feeling.

After college, Joe moved to New York City with dreams of becoming a graphic designer. What started as an assistant role in film eventually led him into design, but somewhere along the way, coffee became just as much a part of his routine as his work.

Every morning started the same: a walk to the neighborhood coffee shop on the corner of his block. 

It became more than a stop for coffee. It was a place that felt familiar, the smell of fresh espresso, the sound of milk steaming, the nod from the barista who already knew his order. The steady rhythm of the city waking up around him.

In a city that never slows down, it was a place that somehow felt like home.

Years later, after trading the pace of New York for a slower life in Jacksonville, Florida, that feeling was harder to find.

Life looked different, he got married, started a family, but the ritual of coffee, and what it represented, never left. A sense of place. A small but meaningful part of home.

Frost Street was created to bring that feeling back.
